Great prints start with great files. Here is how to get the sharpest, most beautiful results on your custom order.
Send the original photo from your phone or camera, not a screenshot or a photo saved from social media.
Choose bright, clear photos where faces are in focus.
Higher resolution means a sharper print. Photos over 1 MB usually work great.
Best: vector files in SVG, PDF, AI or EPS format.
Good: PNG with a transparent background, at least 1500 px wide.
Include your brand colors (HEX or Pantone) if you have them.
Double-check the spelling of names and dates before you send them.
Tell us your favorite fonts or style, like elegant, playful or modern.
Only send images you own or have permission to use. We cannot print trademarked logos, team crests or copyrighted characters.
Upload what you have. We review every file and will tell you if it works before we print anything.
