Everything you need to know about custom orders, design approval, timing, shipping and returns.
How do I place a custom order?
Pick a product, choose your options, add your text and upload your photo or logo, then check out. For bulk orders or something not in the shop, use our Request a Quote form.
Will I see my design before it is made?
Yes. We email you your design for every order, and we only start production after you approve it.
How many changes can I make to my design?
Two rounds of edits are included. Additional changes or a completely new design may have a small fee, and we will always ask first.
What kind of photos or files should I send?
Clear, well-lit photos work best, and the original file from your phone is perfect. For logos, PNG, SVG, PDF or AI files give the sharpest results. See our Artwork and Photo Guidelines.
Can you create a design from scratch?
Yes. Tell us your idea, colors and style, and we will design it for you.
Can I use a character, team logo or brand?
We can only print images you own or have permission to use. We do not reproduce trademarked logos or copyrighted characters.
Is there a minimum order?
Most products can be ordered as a single piece. Some items, like party favors and 6 oz mugs, come in sets. Volume pricing starts at 12 pieces.
How long does my order take?
Most orders are ready in 2 to 5 business days after you approve your design. If your order ships, add USPS transit time.
Can I get my order faster, or by a specific date?
Sometimes. Contact us before ordering with your date and we will tell you honestly if we can make it. For Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, graduation and Christmas, please order at least 2 weeks early.
Do you ship, or can I pick up my order?
Both. We ship anywhere in the U.S. with USPS and email you a tracking number. Local pickup in the Palm Beach area is free, and we will message you to arrange a day and time.
Can you ship gift boxes with flowers or fresh fruit?
Items with fresh flowers, fruit or balloons are available for local pickup or local delivery only.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We ship within the United States only.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, as long as production has not started. Once you approve your design and we begin creating, the order cannot be canceled.
Can I return a personalized item?
Because every item is made just for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or with a mistake on our part, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will make it right.
